Still Breaking Ground | Marketing Campaign
Marketing campaign to build awareness of company's on-going development capabilities following the departure of team members during economic downturn. Targeted three key customer groups with print ads, emails, direct mail, print brochure and microsite. Campaign ended early after direct mail generated enough leads.

Harry Potter Drive-Up Lane | Sales Promotion
Sales promotion designed to secure the largest inventory allotment of highly-coveted Harry Potter book for newly opened bookstore. Introduced the country's first drive-through sales lane for midnight release. Dominated media coverage with four of the five network television stations and increased sales 50% over plan.

Marketing campaign and operational plan to reverse planned closure of underperforming Old Navy. Crucial to retain 15,000-square-foot anchor in order to prevent subsequent lease defaults due to occupancy drop. Crafted customized plan to drive store sales which secured a two-year lease extension.

Website design and launch within first 10 weeks of employment prior to company's initial public offering. Managed creation and launch of responsive design website targeted primarily at retailers for leasing purposes. Generated accolades from peer companies, retailer real estate reps and retail brokers on ease of navigation and informative content.

AMC Theatre Groundbreaking | Special Event
Visually rich special event to guarantee media coverage of movie theater groundbreaking which was typically ignored by the press. Created 30' x 30' popcorn pit where kids of all ages dug furiously for buried prizes. Despite a breaking news story, we still garnered publicity for the new movie theater as well as the shopping center's redevelopment.
